X1 All Varnish

X1 All Varnish is used for maximum performance on surfaces painted with X1 All that will be exposed to water, moisture, heat, impact, stains, light traffic, scratches, and chemicals.

  • Available in 3 finishes: Matte, Semi-matte, and Glossy.
  • Transparent, acrylic-based.
  • Solvent-based and two-component.
  • With high UV resistance, it can be used both indoors and outdoors; colors maintain their vibrancy for a long time.
  • Features easy cleaning, wipeability, washability, and resistance to dirt and stains.
  • Offers high spreading and adhesion power.
  • Resistant to atmospheric conditions, does not yellow, fade, crack, or blister.

 

X1 All Varnish can be used on surfaces painted with X1 All such as tiles, marble, and ceramics; plastic surfaces like PVC window frames, pipes, and toys; wood surfaces such as furniture, kitchen and bathroom countertops, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, solid wood, parquet, and toys; metal surfaces like refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, steel doors, radiators, and pipes; and glass surfaces to enhance performance.

  • X1 All Varnish can be applied directly 24 hours after painting with X1 All, once the drying time is complete.
  • On previously painted or varnished surfaces that have not been painted with X1 All, first remove all dirt, rust, grease, and damaged paint layers; for smooth surfaces such as ceramics and tiles, roughen them by sanding or chemical abrasion.

  • Mix varnish and hardener in a 2:1 ratio and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Apply with a solvent-resistant brush or velvet roller in 2-3 cross coats. The number of coats affects the surface pattern, so avoid touch-ups with the brush or roller on dried areas.
  • Do not apply above 30ºC.
  • The prepared varnish and hardener mixture should be used within 1-1.5 hours, and the container lid should remain open during this time. If a second coat is needed, wait one day before re-preparing the mixture and applying.

  • Approximately 12-14 m²/kg per coat.
  • The area that can be painted may vary depending on the surface characteristics and the application method.

  • Do not use the surface for 2 days after application. During the next 7 days, avoid using chemical cleaners, preventing water accumulation, and avoiding impacts. The product reaches its maximum performance after 28 days.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, in sealed containers, between 5-30°C. Keep the container closed when not in use. Protect from freezing.
