Polisan Kansai Paint adopts environmental, social, and economic principles in all its operations while providing products and services. With this approach:

  • In all our activities, we evaluate the results of performance measurements related to key environmental aspects such as emissions, wastewater, solid waste, energy efficiency, recycling, and efficient use of resources, set targets to carry out necessary improvements, and monitor these targets through action plans.
  • We set an example through our sensitivity to the environment and society.
  • To contribute to global and national climate change mitigation efforts, we monitor and manage our corporate carbon footprint in the best possible way.
  • Through our energy management system infrastructure, we use energy and all other natural resources in our facilities for our products and services in the most efficient way.

At our company, maintaining the highest level of occupational health and safety culture is our most important principle. Through our production and service approach, we take all necessary measures using a system-based approach to occupational health and safety, aiming to create healthy and safe working environments and conditions for all our employees, customers, business partners, and neighbors, while minimizing process and work-related risks.

Polisan Kansai Paint keeps process safety at the highest level by following developing technologies. Risk assessments and change management studies are conducted in every operation; workflows are continuously reviewed; safer equipment is used; training is provided to enhance personnel technical knowledge and competencies; appropriate personal protective equipment is provided to employees for safe working environments and conditions; required legal and periodic measurements are performed and monitored; and operations are conducted under a work permit system. 

We aim to resolve customer complaints and requests in an open, justifiable, clear and quick manner and to achieve and maintain total customer satisfaction. We manage our customer relations with system approach in order to satisfy needs and expectations of our customers in a fully reliable environment and to always offer better service.

We use call center application in order to handle the continual relationships with out customers in an operational and analytical manner. 

We are aiming to provide our testing services at the utmost level possible, with our specialist personnel trained continuously in its field and is aware of its goals and always according to the conditions agreed with the customer, recognized national and international standards and/or defined analysis methods, by following the technological advancement closely and by taking the principles of impartiality, independence, righteousness, confidentiality and reliability as basis.

We undertake that we will adopt confidentiality principle in protection of confidential information and proprietary rights of our customers, electronic storage of analysis results and in their transmission to the customers. 

As Polisan Kansai Paint, we manage our information systems pursuant to the requirements of ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Standards in order to eliminate any kind of risk which may arise in terms of privacy, integrity, useability concerning our business continuity and information assets.

We raise awareness with all of our key stakeholders and primarily with our employees with the consciousness that information security can ensured not only not only as the responsibility of the information technology personnel but also through participation of all of the employees and we follow up the outcomes. 

As Polisan Kansai Paint, we implement a proactive energy management system in all our production and service activities.

Within our companies, we promote best practices for energy efficiency and strengthen energy management behaviors to ensure continuous awareness in this area. To improve our energy performance, we strive to identify improvement opportunities, keep energy consumption under control, and carry out efficiency initiatives based on calculated energy criticality levels.
