Primera Synthetic Primer

Alkyd binder-based, synthetic primer. It is used for priming wood, chipboard, metal, and plaster surfaces. Does not leave brush marks. Forms a smooth and durable layer under topcoat paints.

Surface Preparation&Application
Before application, the surface needs to be cleaned of dust, rust, oil, and other contaminants. On wooden surfaces, knots should be cleaned, old paint (if any) should be scraped off, and the surface should be sanded. Surfaces requiring repair should be filled with Marine & Marine Anti Aging Ottoman Putty. In 1 or 2 coats, applied with a 6-8 hour interval between coats.
Thinning / Blending Ratio
Thin with synthetic thinner by 10-15%.
Coverage Area
13-15 m²/L on single coat.
Drying Time
At 23°C, touch-dry in 2 to 3 hours and hard-dry in 8-10 hours.
Recommended Application Tools
Roller, brush and spray gun.
