Exelans Turbo Mat

A water-based, 100% pure acrylic resin-based exterior paint with excellent hiding power, low dirt pick-up tendency, long service life, and a high-quality matte and smooth finish. Thanks to its minimum splashing and dripping properties and ease of application, it helps save labor during application. It provides long-lasting protection by preventing deformation of the paint film caused by sunlight. With its high alkali resistance, it is resistant to harsh climatic conditions, humid environments, moisture, and salty water, and it does not crack. It can be safely applied in all seasons. Thanks to its silicone-enhanced special formula, it allows the surface to breathe and prevents moisture accumulation between interior and exterior surfaces, thus protecting the surfaces from damage. With its excellent water repellency, water droplets falling on the surface flow off without being absorbed, keeping the surface clean and dry. With its photocatalytic property, it cleans itself with the help of sunlight, helping the surface remain clean for many years.

Surface Preparation&Application
Before application, surfaces must be cleaned from dust, oil, dirt, and other foreign materials. On new surfaces, loose or dirty layers should be removed. On previously painted surfaces, blistered or dusty parts should be cleaned. Prime with EXELANS PRIMER or A-STAR PRIMER. For raw plaster with high lime content, wash with 1 part vinegar and 1 part water. Fill cracks with A1 ACRYLIC PUTTY.
Thinning / Blending Ratio
If necessary, thin up to 5%.
Coverage Area
Approximately 12–14 m²/L per coat
Drying Time
At 20°C, surface drying in 3–4 hours, hard-dry in 24 hours.
