Exelans Energy Joint Filling Mortar

This is a synthetic additive and polymer reinforced, TS EN 13888 Class CG1, cement-based, environmental friendly, flexible joint filling mortar with enhanced adhesion power that is used to fill the joints between tile, ceramic, marble, glass tile, concrete, clinker etc. plates as well as constantly wet surfaces such as pools and water tanks.

Preparation
25 kg Exelans Energy Joint Filling Mortar powder should be mixed with 6.5 – 7.5 L clean water at ambient temperature inside a container by using a slow cycle electric drill until a homogenous mixture is obtained. After resting for 5 minutes, the mixture should be mixed for another 1-2 minutes until homogenous.

12 - 24 hours
