60D Ceramic-on-Ceramic Acrylic Primer

It is a single-component adhesion primer based on acrylic dispersion. It is used to enhance surface strength in ceramic-on-ceramic applications.

It is ready to use and allows for easy and fast application. Being water-based and odorless, it can be safely used in both interior and exterior spaces. It is applied on vertical, glossy surfaces or ceramics. It is used before cement- and gypsum-based coatings to increase adhesion and reduce surface absorbency. It has high resistance to moisture and provides strong adhesion performance. After application, it forms a micro-rough film layer on the surface, facilitating the bonding of the new coating. Thanks to its fast-drying property, it enables quick transition to subsequent coating applications.

Surface Preparation&Application
The surface must be free from any substances that may reduce adhesion such as oil, grease, rust, silicone, and paraffin residues. It should be sound, dry, and free of loose particles. After thorough mixing, the product should be applied to the prepared surface. It should be applied in a single coat with a brush or roller, ensuring even thickness across the surface. During application, the surface and ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C. Mixing should be repeated during application. After application, a minimum of 4 hours should be allowed before ceramic tiling.
Thinning / Blending Ratio
Do not dilute. Ready to use.
Coverage Area
Approximately 18 m²/L per coat.
Drying Time
At 23°C and 50% ± 2 relative humidity, touch dry in 1 hour; full dry in 4–6 hours.
Recommended Application Tools
Brush and roller.
