Unipox Epoxy Paint

Surfaces must be free of any loose materials that could reduce adherence. Sandblast all metal surfaces at minimum degree of ST2 or ideally Sa2 ½ degree and apply Epoxy Universal Primer or Anti-corrosive Epoxy Primer within 6 hours. After the primer dries (4 to 6 hours), Epoxy Finish Paint prepared in the given blending rate should be applied.

5 units of epoxy finishing paint and 1 unit of epoxy primer hardener. 10-15% Epoxy Thinner.

Touch-dry in 5-6 hours and hard-dry in 24 hours. Achieves its physical and chemical durability in maximum 7 days. 24 hour interval between coats.
