Pur-Acryl Top Coat Paint

Acrylic resin-based, double-component, chemically cured ve alifatik izosiyanat sertleştiricisi ile kürlenen, highly resistant to UV, high-gloss polyurethane acrylic topcoat cured with an aliphatic isocyanate hardener. Used on wood and metal surfaces where resistance to UV rays and outdoor conditions (water, seawater, chemicals, and corrosion) is required; also for metal protection in general industry and machinery, steel structures, and marine applications.

Surface Preparation&Application

For new surfaces: The surface must be cleaned of grease and dirt and then sanded before being painted. Metal surfaces must be sandblasted to a minimum degree of Sa2½ and then within the next 6 hours primed with Epoxy or Polyurethane Anticorrosive Primer. The last coat can be applied after the primer has fully dried (6-8 hours). Previously Painted Surfaces: Clean off loose, blistered paint from the surface, fill in pits and scratches with putty and then sand. Clean off all loose dust from the surface.
