Polimark Road Marking Paint

Alkyd resin based, one component, solvent based cold road marking paint.

It is alkyd resin based, one component, solvent based cold road marking paint. It is used to create any type of traffic marking or line required on a road surface. It dries quickly and has good adhesion and abrasion resistance. It appears matt in texture. Available in the traditional colours of white and yellow.

Surface Preparation&Application
The application surface must be dry and free of dust. Asphalt surfaces give the best results. Vacuum concrete surfaces should not be applied as adhesion will be poor.
Thinning / Blending Ratio
It is ready to use. It can be thinned by 5-10% with POL-HRM Thinner.
Coverage Area
0.470 kg/m² to leave 300 micron wet film thickness . 0.950 kg/m² to leave 600 micron wet film thickness.
Drying Time
Touch drying takes 15 minutes, and bottom drying takes 30-45 minutes.
Recommended Application Tools
It is applied with the help of special spray-painting tools and an airbrush. You can also use a roller or brush. However, the intended film thickness may not be achieved.
