Exelans Energy Bituminous Liquid Membrane 2 K

This is a solvent-free, environmental friendly, DIN 18195 compatible, bituminous-cement emulsion based, double-component, durable, joint-free water insulation material that is applied on the positive pressure side with trowel or brush to prevent the capillary water absorption of underground or ground level structures, and the water leakage.

Surface Preparation&Application

The membrane should be applied as single our double coat based on the water pressure. The product begins to dry within 1 hour. Waiting for 1 day before applying the second coat will help getting a healthier result. It should be reinforced by applying bearing elements such as fiberglass mesh, fiberglass, felt and weather strip between 2 coats at edges, sides of the canals or places where resistance to high pressure is requested. At roofs that are constantly exposed to outdoor conditions and that are not walked on, solar protection and aesthetic appearance can be offered by enclosing the area after the application of this product.
